STUDYRAMA (Higher education and career fair)

MP's and Prefects, Studyrama will be on the 25th June 2011. Registration will start at 7.45 am and event will start by 10pm

Venues for Studyrama will be as follows:
MD Auditorium

MP's and Prefects, please make sure that all the Upper Six students go to LT 11 and LT 12 by 7.45am for their Registration. THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES FOR ALL THE UPPER SIX STUDENTS. Since the Lecture Theatre will be occupied for registration for the Upper six students, There will be NO MIB Classes for PS Block 5.

PREFECTS METIONED BELOW ARE TO HELP WITH THE REGISTRATION:

POA - Please decorate the Auditorium and outside the library. Place Signage and decorate noticeboards inside the auditoium foyer.

ITP - Please design a backdrop for Studyrama. Set Up Projectors in the Auditorium, Conference room,VIP room, Lecture Theatre 11 and 12. GET 5 PC's from New ICT Lab 1 and set up at the following venues by Saturday morning.

PAS - Please set up 2 Mics and Speakers at the respective venues.

FRIDAY,24th June.
ALL MP's and Prefects, please come to the school to help out with the Arrangements of Chairs, Exhibition booths, Sofa's, Preparations in the VIP room and decorations. Please wear your PE T-shirt and be there by 8am.

ASSEMBLY, 21st June

MP's and Prefects, please Arrange Chairs at the Auditorium at 2pm for the Assembly tomorrow, 21st June 2011.

Number of Chair Arrangements are as follows:

Floor - 1150 Students
Stage - 125 Teachers.

ALL MP's and PREFECTS ARE INVOLVED for the Registration.

All Students are to have their registration in the Audi.

Registration starts at 7.15 am and Assembly will start at 7.45 onwards.

ALL CLASSES will be shortened by 10 minutes.

Yishun Junior College Visit

ANNOUNCEMENT

School will reopen tomorrow, 2oth June 2011.

25 students and 4 teachers from Yishun Junior College, Singapore is coming to MD for an Educational Visit to the Malay Department.

Prefects from PS BLOCK 1 IS EXCUSED from MIB Class for greetings.
